We are hiring!

All of our locations are looking for:

• Dedicated full-time and part-time toddler/PS/PreK teachers, as well as on call subs.

• Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.  We are an Early Achievers Level 3+ program that operates a year-round, all-day (M-F) educational program that serves children ages 12 months to six years.

• WKA provides opportunities for advancement! Free ECE education via Early Achievers scholarship after 6 months of employment. ​

Minimum Qualifications:

-1 yr of experience teaching in an Early Childhood Classroom - 2+ years desired.

-AA preferred. CDA accepted: Your experience and college credits will be considered. 

-30 hours basic STARS, CPR, First Aid, and HIV/BBP training, TB Test, Food Handlers, Card, and a Portable Background Check within 30 days.

 

Full-Time Employee Compensation:

          Medical, vision and dental Insurance offered with employer contribution, 10 paid holidays, and accrued PTO upon employer waiting period. Childcare and ORCA pass at a discounted rate. Free ECE via Early Achievers scholarship after 6 months of employment. After one year of employment, the ability to invest in a Simple IRA with up to a 3% match from Whizz Kids Academy.
